1. It is all in your mind!!! There are over 100 billion neuron cells in a person’s brain. These cells form new circuitries to respond to each new experience. This process is what we call ‘learning’. We have to ‘learn’ from our environment to survive. Our ancestors had to learn from their environment to survive. Our ancestors lived in an environment for millions of years where they didn’t know where their next meal would come from, or if there would be any meal at all. Food was constantly scarce, and so our brains evolved to ‘like’ foods high in calories and fat. Such a diet fit the strategy for survival in harsh environments where starvation was frequent and malnutrition prevalent. Our brains taught themselves to assume that fatty foods with an abundance of stored energy are ‘tasty’, and ‘pleasurable’ - thus high in the priority of things to pursue. (And, those foods low in calories and fat were taught to be ‘boring’ - low in the priority of things to pursue.) In developed countries today, however, food is everywhere. It is cheap and instantly accessible. Most of us don’t have to farm, hunt, or forage for our food. All it takes is a quick trip to the local store. We are no longer in danger of starving to death. Yet we still crave foods high in fat and calories. Eating foods like ice cream and hamburgers still evoke pleasurable feelings like happiness, relief of stress, and even senses of rewards, fulfillment, and freedom. Why? Because even though our environment has completely changed, our brains have not adapted to living in a plentiful environment. It takes millions of years for the brain to adapt to a new environment. This is the root cause of the obesity epidemic. Our brains have been programmed for starvation for millions of years and have not had enough time to get ‘re-conditioned’ to the plentiful environment of recent times. To make things worse, the modern food industry has mobilized some of the most sophisticated scientific machinery to condition our brains so that we eat more and more. Appetite stimulants are prevalent in our food. Our minds are invaded by 40,000 TV advertisements a year. Although they are illegal, subliminal advertisements are universal and very rarely detected. The food industry takes advantage of the fact our brain evolutionally prefers fatty and high calorie foods, and further programs our brains to become ‘addicted’ to these foods. (Yes. Addicted.) Birthday cakes, wedding cakes, Valentine chocolates. We are conditioned to identify ‘something sweet’ with ‘happy’ occasions. Also, when we were young, we were rewarded with candies and chocolates for doing something good. We eat those foods not because we need the nutrition within it, but, for the mental, and psychological reasons. On top of that, the stress of living the modern lifestyle forces us to eat ‘brain food’. We have to absorb and process enormous amounts of information a day. We spend a lot of time reading, watching TV, and sitting in front of computer screens. This almost always leads to ‘munching’ and ‘snacking’. On top of that, our lifestyle has become highly inactive due to the invention of automobiles, elevators and other comforts of life. 2. What willpower? Evolutionary forces and massive psychological invasions of the modern food industry. ‘Inactive’ but ‘stressful’ lifestyles. Our brains have no chance of winning against the temptations of over-eating these days. Innumerous neurologists and psychologists have proved that, so far as food is concerned, our willpower always loses!!! Except for a very small and insignificant number of ‘strong willed’ people, willpower can not be relied upon. It is the consensus of science. I know it by my own experience. And you know it too. That is why we make the same New Year’s resolution every year. Sound hopeless? Here is the good news. The brain is actually a lot more malleable than we think. We can teach the brain a few new tricks quite successfully. Dr. David Ludwig at Boston’s Children Hospital asserts that, many youngsters living outside North America have to ‘learn’ to like fast foods. Otherwise, they do not like the fast foods as much as we do. Likewise, we also can be ‘re-educated’ to like healthy foods. The brain can be re-taught to ‘dislike’ fatty and high calorie foods, and to ‘like’ those healthier foods. There is hope. Yes. It is true that even though the chemical and physiological sides of the effects of the Eleotin®Mb are scientifically well researched and firmly established by a few universities and a few goverments, the psychological effects of Eleotin®Mb have not yet been ‘fully’ established. We do have reasons, however, to believe that the ‘muddy’ and ‘woody’ taste of Eleotin®Mb Tea may contribute to the ‘re-education’ of our brains. The chemical and physiological explanation of Eleotin®Mb is obviously the reduction of ‘insulin resistance’ that Eleotin®Mb attains, which in turn, results in the healthy reduction of weight and excessive cravings for foods. But, many strongly suspect that there is more than just this ‘insulin resistance’ reduction in how Eleotin®Mb works. There was an interesting experiment that led us to this thought. A few animals that have serious metabolism disorders were offered both food with Eleotin®Mb powder and food without it. They almost invariably chose the food with Eleotin powder. (You can try this experiment at home if you have dogs and cats with diabetes or weight control problems.) They seem to know (better than we do) what their bodies need and they seem to find it in the ‘muddy and woody’ tastes of Eleotin® powder. I strongly believe that the benefits of drinking fresh natural juices are a lot more than just vitamins. It seems to help us to restore our ability to know what we need. 3. “Fly Together” Now, you know why our will power is something we can hardly rely on. Most weight control programs fail not necessarily because they are bad, but because we do not finish them. For example, over 70% of Eleotin®Mb users do not finish the Eleotin®Mb Weight Control program that, used as intended, should last for at least 3-6 months. Another unfinished effort. Another disappointment followed by a feeling of guilt. The same New Year’s resolution year after year. Sound familiar? At least for me it does. I’ve gone through the whole thing first hand, a few times. But, it is a completely different story when you’re in a team with other members to go through the same process together. Alone, we fall, but, together we stand. Look up at the sky and think about the most powerful things you find there. Eagles. They seldom fly alone. Fighter planes. They too are rarely seen alone. They always fly in a squadron. And there’s a reason for it – when you’re in a group, the likelihood for success shoots up. The same is true for the Eleotin®Mb Weight Control program. The likelihood of success triples for group participants!!! I mean 300%!!! In order to encourage the Group Approach, we offer attractive incentives. Please, call us toll free at
